EDT was established in 1998 to provide 24-hour response to area hospitals for emergency department collections and on-site drug and alcohol testing services. Based on requests from human resource and safety managers, EDT expanded to a centrally located office in Lake Charles providing all aspects of drug and alcohol testing services. Normal office hours are Monday thru Friday 7am to 6pm with extended hours available by appointment. EDT has a 24-hour on-call service, with a 30 minute response time day or night.
Since each company is unique, EDT works closely with your staff to ensure your organization's needs are met. Satisfying challenges is our specialty. We work closely with several Occupational Medicine facilities to handle any additional medical service requirements. You show us what you want and EDT will show you how to do it.
